We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible!
Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, I kindly ask you to do so in a timely manner – ideally 24 hours before your reserved date!
Cancellations via email are NOT accepted or considered!!!
We only accept cancellations by phone between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday, during our phone hours!!
Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations not made within 24 hours prior to the reservation!

Cancellations must be announced at least 24 hours before the reserved date!
The minimum consumption amount per guest is €25.00 (incl. 20% VAT) – this amount is payable for reservations of 2 people or more if you do not show up for your reserved date or do not cancel your reservation in a timely manner!
For groups of 20 people or more, cancellations must be announced at least 72 hours before the reserved date!
As demand at our XXL Leopoldauer Alm is enormous, we would like to inform you that reserved empty tables will be reallocated after 15 minutes! For this reason, we kindly ask you to arrive punctually for your reservation or to inform us in a timely manner of any potential delay at 01 25 98 380 (10 AM to 6 PM). We also need to purchase goods, schedule staff, etc.
